Rachael Ray: Bob Harper’s Taco Turkey Burgers
Leave it to Bob Harper to find a way to transform a typically greasy, fatty meal into one actually good for your body! The fitness guru joined Rachael Ray to share one of his favorite dinner recipes. He explained, and Rachael agreed with him, that as long as you season it properly, ground turkey can be a great way to lighten up a recipe without sacrificing flavor. You don’t have to stick with a boring hamburger anymore! Be sure to use multigrain or whole-wheat hamburger buns and you’ve got a recipe that’s practically entirely guilt-free. Normally I’d be appalled at the thought of a burger without cheese, but believe me, this recipe doesn’t even need it!
