  • 1 container Whipped Topping

  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 4 ripe peeled, sliced, frozen Bananas


  1. In a food processor, break down frozen banana chunks, scraping the side of the bowl as you go.
  2. If ice cream does not begin to form, try adding a splash of water.
  3. Last, process in Nutella until combined.

  • 1 box Blondie Mix
  • 15 oz Pumpkin Puree


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree into the blondie mix to combine well.
  3. Prepare an 8×8 baking dish with foil.
  4. Transfer batter to the dish and bake about 29 minutes.
  5. The tines of a fork should come out clean and the blondies should be golden brown.

  • 8 1/2 oz Nutella (weighed)
  • 4 Eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Beat eggs on high speed until you triple their volume, which takes about six minutes. This is very important.
  3. Weigh Nutella into a glass bowl and microwave it for about 20 seconds.
  4. Add in 1/3 of the eggs, stirring clockwise with a spatula until it’s all mixed in.
  5. Repeat this step two more times with each 1/3 of the eggs.
  6. Transfer batter into four 8-oz ramekins.
  7. Bake about 35 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.

Sunny Anderson: Maple Souffles Recipe with Rachael Ray

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 separated Eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Whisk maple syrup with egg yolks.
  3. Separately, beat egg whites into soft peaks.
  4. Fold maple yolks into the whites.
  5. Arrange four ramekins on a baking sheet.
  6. Divide egg mixture evenly among the ramekins.
  7. Transfer baking sheet to oven and reduce heat to 375 F.
  8. Bake until puffed, around 10 minutes.
