Whether you’re spending time on the beach or just going for the sight-seeing on the boardwalk, the food is one thing you certainly can’t pass up! Anne Burrell was back for fun times and a lot of laughs with Rachael Ray, bringing with her a boardwalk staple: Zeppole! She showed viewers how to prepare the sweet balls of fried dough, before Rachael shared a recipe of her own!

Anne Burrell is a spunky lady who certainly knows her way around the kitchen. She recommended that anyone who does a decent amount of frying at home get their own tabletop fryer to avoid the possible smells and smoke of frying in a pan. But if you don’t have a tabletop fryer, you can still easily make her Zeppole and Chocolate Dipper!
