Just when we had gotten used to January, it has already come and gone, which means that 2014 is flying by, even though it just began. For a fun start to the week, Rachael Ray has invited Emeril Lagasse to guest host the show with her on Monday, February 3. They will be preparing some delicious meals together, and someone is going to be the year’s first Mystery Taster. Can the duo figure out the secret identity of their guest?

Emeril has been a guest on the show before, but he has never had the chance to host with Rach before. This is going to be a big chance for him to impress her audience and the mystery taster. But after so many years on Food Network, we know that Emeril will be more than up to the task of keeping the show going.
He will also be showing everyone how to make a True Bolognese Recipe, just in case you have been doing it wrong all this time. Tune in for that and a whole lot more on Monday, February 3.
Rachael Ray: Slow Cooker Cheesecake & Brownies
I have a feeling I am going to like a lot of what I see on Rachael’s show in February, because she is starting off Slow Cooker Month, featuring four weeks of delicious Crock Pot recipes, which are perfect for me, because I like to set it and forget it.
Get things going on the right foot when you learn how you can make dessert in your slow cooker. Get recipes for Triple Chocolate-Hazelnut Brownies and PBJ Cheesecake, both made in the Crock Pot, on Monday’s all new show. Yum!
Rachael Ray: Mystery Taster Day
The first Mystery Taster of 2014 will be revealed on Monday’s episode, and Rachael will also be serving up something special for dinner. Check out her Spinach and Ricotta-Stuffed Chicken, complete with a side of rosemary hasselback potatoes. Check out all the delicious ideas this Monday with Rach!
