Rachael was excited to welcome two very special guests to her show on Tuesday October 13. Then, Rachael shared her own recipe for warm, comforting French onion soup with roasted garlic croutons. Yum!
Rachael Ray: Pumpkin Spice Raisin & Walnut Muffins
Shay Mitchell joined Rachael in the kitchen and helped whip up pumpkin spice muffins, made a little healthier with a few secret ingredients as well as raisins and walnuts. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert, especially in the fall!
Rachael Ray: Stuffed Cabbage Without The Roll Recipe
Rachael was then joined by chef, author, and TV host Nancy Fuller, who had a great stuffed cabbage recipe that doesn’t involve any stuffing or rolling! This easier take on the traditional stuffed cabbage dish still tastes just as great, but requires a lot less work!
Rachael Ray: French Onion Soup + Roasted Garlic Croutons
Finally, Rachael made her own French onion soup which was really taken to the next level when she explained how you can top the soup with roasted garlic croutons and melty cheese. Yet another dish that just screams fall!
