Then, Rachael shared her own recipe for warm, comforting French onion soup with roasted garlic croutons. Yum!

Shay Mitchell joined Rachael in the kitchen and helped whip up pumpkin spice muffins, made a little healthier with a few secret ingredients as well as raisins and walnuts. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert, especially in the fall!
