Rachael Ray: Salma Hayek Makeover

Rachael Ray is inviting Salma Hayek on the show to do some makeovers on her audience. With the release Hayak’s new line of beauty supplies at CVS, she is the perfect celebrity to stop by the show for some makeovers. Her new line of beauty products, Nuance Salma Hayek, contains over 100 items, with products for skincare, cosmetics, hair care and body care, so you know all these women are going to leave the stage pampered.

Hayek said she tested all the products on herself to make sure they were safe for other people and used all natural ingredients like blue agave and prickly pear, just two ingredients she has used that have never been in a main beauty supply product before.

It looks like a few lucky members of Rachael Ray’s audience are going to be wrinkle free before the show even ends. But that doesn’t mean everyone else is going home empty handed. These one-on-one beauty lessons with Hayek are going to be a great learning experience for all women tuning in to the show.

Richard Blais Potato Chip Omelet Recipe

Rachael Ray is heading into the kitchen with one of her favorite chef buddies, Richard Blais. The “mad scientist” of food, Blais, is going to be cooking up a potato chip omelet and Rachael Ray is sharing her open-faced gumbo burger that is sure to be a big hit with your family.

How do you feel about a potato chip omelet? Would you ever make one? Personally, I think it sounds kind of gross but if you make the recipe from the show, make sure to stop back at Recapo and let us all know how your omelet turned out.

Blais is also cooking up some powered beer and a sandwich with a bunch of meat, a bunch of cheese and what looks to be green olives. I have a feeling I’ll like some of the recipes from the show but I will definitively be saying the same thing Rachael Ray did when she saw the food he made, “Shut the front door, Richard Blais.”
