Rachael Ray dedicated an entire episode of The Rachael Ray Show to “Never Have I Ever.” She played a hilarious game with chef Anne Burrell, before explaining that because she had apparently never cooked with mayonnaise in all ten seasons of the show, she wanted to branch out a bit and try something new. She prepared Lemon Tuna Salad and Chicken or Fish with Lemon-Parm Crust using her own homemade Lemon Mayo.

It sounds a bit shocking but there are things even Rachael Ray hasn’t done! She explained how to make homemade mayonnaise with added lemon for flavor, and then used it to make her delicious Lemon Tuna Salad that she sandwiched between a toasted baguette.
Rachael Ray: Chicken Or Fish With Lemon-Parm Crust
Rachael Ray then put the Lemon Mayo to good use yet again, this time using it to make a Lemon-Parm Crust that she used with chicken. However, this dish is just as good if you replace the chicken with fish! Who knew lemon could be used in so many different ways?
