Rachael Ray: How to Dress 10 Pounds Thinner

Glamour magazine’s Tracey Lomrantz Lester transformed some of Rachael’s audience. Here are tips you need if you want to look thinner without hitting the gym or skipping the donut.

  • Monochromatic: dressing head to toe one color will make you look slimmer. While you might do head to toe black, try out burgundy or eggplant.
  • Don’t bury yourself  in clothing: You may think that you can hide in bigger clothes, but bigger make you look bigger. You should taper your clothing to your body so that you see curves.
