While Bob Harper stood in as her guest co-host of the day, Rachael Ray met a few incredible women who participated in The Biggest Loser. They revealed incredible before and afters, as well as their secrets to maintaining their weight loss once the show ended. One woman, who lost 150 pounds, stepped into the kitchen to share a few of her own recipes. Audrey Johns wrote her own cookbook about how she ate to lose weight (yes, it’s possible), using recipes like her Giant Breakfast Cookie. Then, Rachael Ray shared a recipe of her own for Asparagus and Pea Spring Soup!
