While Bob Harper stood in as her guest co-host of the day, Rachael Ray met a few incredible women who participated in The Biggest Loser. They revealed incredible before and afters, as well as their secrets to maintaining their weight loss once the show ended. One woman, who lost 150 pounds, stepped into the kitchen to share a few of her own recipes. Audrey Johns wrote her own cookbook about how she ate to lose weight (yes, it’s possible), using recipes like her Giant Breakfast Cookie. Then, Rachael Ray shared a recipe of her own for Asparagus and Pea Spring Soup!

Because Audrey wasn’t able to work out for a good portion of her weight loss journey, so instead had to make necessary changes in the kitchen. Rather then resort to extreme diets or starvation, Audrey made healthier choices that included her Giant Breakfast Cookies! Yes, you can eat cookies for breakfast and still lose weight, just be sure you do it the right way!
