Greta helps a girl find the right shape of her foot. Believe it or not, our feet have different shapes. Round, triangle and square are the different types of feet people have. Square is the most common. The guinea pig on today’s show has square-shaped feet. They took an x-ray of her feet in and out of her shoes. You can see just how cramped your feet and bones get inside high heels.

If you buy the wrong shape of shoe for constant wear, you really hurt your feet. They may be cute, but you can wear the cutesy heels in moderation. When you have a square foot, you should obviously buy a square-shaped toe. This gives you plenty of room for your toes and bones to align. You’ll be comfy at work, play or anywhere.
