Rachael Ray was in the kitchen with a husband and wife who admitted they’ve been eating pasta several times a week and desperately needed to switch up their dinner routine. The problem is that the husband really likes meat and potatoes kind of meals but easily gains weight, and the mother is constantly trying to balance a newborn, so Rachael had to come up with healthy meals that could be put together with little effort. She shared a recipe for Chicken, Peppers, and Onions, and then showed them how to put together a salad that even the husband would love. Rachael also shared a recipe for her rendition of a classic Tuna Casserole, without canned soup!
