Rachael Ray: Meatloaf Meatballs With ‘Ketchup’ & Roasted Squash
Who doesn’t love the flavors of a good meatloaf? Bob Harper got the idea to turn a meatloaf into meatballs, which is a great way to get the family involved in healthier cooking. Plus, his unique trick to replace the breadcrumbs means this recipe is truly guilt-free!
Rachael Ray: Beef Paillard Recipe
Rachael Ray was then inspired by the more traditional chicken paillard, or pounded chicken, to make a similar dish with beef. She chose a lean steak and sliced it up before pounding it until it became a thin, larger piece of beef. This is a great trick to make your meat go further, which means you feel like you’re eating more, when you’re really not! Plus, the lean cut saves you fat and calories, and the salad she served alongside, make this dish the whole family will love, and you can feel good about!
