Bob brought with him a recipe for low-carb Meatloaf Meatballs, and prepared a homemade Balsamic ‘Ketchup’ and Roasted Squash to serve along with them. He found a unique way to replace the breadcrumbs in his tasty meatballs which means you can enjoy more without the guilt! Then, Rachael Ray shared a high-protein, low-carb dish of her own: Beef Paillard!
