Football season is here, as Michael Strahan knows. Rachael Ray visited Kelly & Michael to make her baked Sticky Asian Wings Recipe, which is a perfect tailgating or game day party snack food. Here are some other wing options, including Hot Wings and Michael’s favorite Whiskey Wings Recipe. Plus, try them with Jalapeno Poppers for an extra kick. Yum!

Kelly & Michael: Rachael Ray Hot Wings Recipe Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • Salt

Blue Cheese Ranch Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 grated clove Garlic
  • 3 tbsp chopped Fresh Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper

    Rachael Ray shared her best chicken wing recipes for football season with Kelly & Michael, like her Whiskey Wings Recipe and Blue Cheese Ranch dip.

Rachael Ray: Kelly & Michael Hot Wings Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Partially cook chicken for five minutes in a large pot of bubbling water.
  3. Drain and dry chicken.
  4. Combine blue cheese ranch ingredients and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in a small sauce pot on medium.
  6. Whisk in sriracha, salt, and white wine vinegar to combine. Reserve.
  7. Bake wings 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
  8. Transfer wings to a bowl and pour sriracha mix over them, tossing well to coat.
  9. Serve with blue cheese ranch dipping sauce.

Rachael Ray: Whiskey Wings Recipe Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Orange Preserves
  • Salt & Pepper

Kelly & Michael: Rachael Ray Whiskey Wings Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Partially cook chicken for five minutes in a large pot of bubbling water.
  3. Drain and dry chicken.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan with a whisk, over high heat.
  5. Reduce by half and take off heat.
  6. Bake wings for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
  7. Transfer wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over them, tossing to coat.
