Wrap up the week with Kelly and Michael on Friday, February 7, when their guests will be Matt Damon and the R&B team of Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Toni Braxton. Get in the mood for love, or at least a good time, as you prepare to start your weekend, hopefully without too much snow to look forward to.
Kelly and Michael: Matt Damon The Monuments Men
Matt Damon is part of the Hollywood A-list, and he has appeared in countless movies and TV projects over the past few decades. Now he is teaming up with George Clooney and friends once again for The Monuments Men, which comes to theaters the same day Damon visits Live!
The movie, about a real life treasure hunt during World War II, focuses on a rescue mission to reclaim historic and meaningful works of art from German control. The team assembled for this rescue was not a military unit, but a collection of museum curators and art experts.
Unlike during George Clooney’s appearance, Kelly will be allowed to wear makeup this time, because she has paid up on her Super Bowl bet after Thursday’s show. Watch Matt Damon and the hosts on Friday, February 7.
Kelly & Michael: Babyface + Toni Braxton
R&B superstars Babyface and Toni Braxton have teamed up for an album of duets, Love, Marriage & Divorce, just in time for Valentine’s Day. The record, which dropped this week, features 11 songs, two of which are singles.
Since they’re both coming to the show, I’m expecting a great duet to kick off the weekend. Do you think they will be performing “Hurt You” or “Where Did We Go Wrong”? The best way to find out is to watch the show on Friday and catch their performance. Wrap up your week with a brand new hour of Live! on February 7. You’ll be glad you did!
