You may know Bridgit Mendler from her role on the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie, a show very popular with kids of all ages. Or, if you’re just a big kid like Kelly & Michael, maybe you watch Good Luck Charlie even when the kids leave the room! Bridgit, an actress and singer, first made her Live! debut performance with her single “Ready or Not” in September 2012. Now, Bridgit Mendler marked her return with a brand new hit, “Hurricane.” Bridgit released her first album, Hello My Name Is… in October 2012.


Bridgit Mendler: Good Luck Charlie New Season April 28 2013

Twenty-year-old Bridgit Mendler is not just an actress and singer, but also a USC college student. She spoke about her plans to juggle school and her career the last time she appeared on Live! With Kelly & Michael. This time around, the hosts and Bridgit didn’t have too much time to chat, but they did get to briefly mention the new season of Good Luck Charlie. The popular Disney Channel series (both Kelly’s and Michael’s kids are fans) will soon begin its fourth, and possibly final, season on April 28 2013.

Bridgit Mendler: “Hurricane” Performance

Bridgit and her band took the stage to perform “Hurricane,” an upbeat new single that kept the audience moving. Kelly has previously pointed out that Bridgit’s unexpectedly soulful voice is reminiscent of singer Joss Stone, and it’s definitely an accurate description. Plus, Brigit even looks a lot like Joss Stone!
