Thankfully, Jon is now recovering after spending last week with the flu. In fact, his entire family was sick, which made for a unique bonding experience. Together, the whole family learned that “the human body is 96% snot.” Yuck!

Jon Cryer: Best Actor Emmy Win

In September 2012, Jon won an Emmy Award for Best Actor, which was his first win in the lead category. Jon said his win was a big surprise, especially considering he was up against actors such as Alec Baldwin and Louis C.K. “And yet I won!” he told the cheering crowd.

Jon had been on pain medication after a bike accident, so when his name was called as the winner, he said it was sort of his “worst nightmare.” He didn’t have a speech prepared, and thought that “something had gone horribly wrong.” According to Kelly and Michael, though, Jon is more than deserving of all his accolades.

You can catch Jon Cryer on Two and a Half Men, airing Thursday nights at 8:30 p.m. on CBS.
