With this week’s “snowstorm” turning out to be nothing more than flurries, kids all over New York are very disappointed. Michael kept waking up at different times to check what was happening outside, only to see nothing. Kelly’s kids woke up thinking they had a snow day, but that obviously wasn’t the case. Carrie Fisher has said that she will return to her role as Princess Leia. Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford have also said that they will return. Kelly & Michael: Gel Manicures Cause Cancer

Bad news for women who’ve grown to love gel manicures: they’re now being reported to cause cancer. The relatively new manicure is supposed to last for three weeks, but the UV lamps used emit cancer-causing UVA rays. Kelly isn’t interested in gel manicures because she likes to change her nail color often. Michael’s fiance Nicole just recently received a gel manicure. Michael better warn her not to call for a new appointment!

At Columbia University, where some of the best and brightest of America’s youth convene, Nutella is the latest trend. Students are going through 100 pounds a day of the sweet Italian hazelnut spread, and it’s even being stolen from the dining halls.

“What else are they doing with this Nutella?” Kelly wondered. Admittedly, Nutella was a staple of my college diet, but not that much!

Kelly & Michael: Airplanes Allowing Knives

They’re still not allowing shampoo, but airplanes will now be allowing knives on board, as well as golf clubs and ski poles. The knives must be under 2.36 inches long, but I still don’t think that’s a good idea. Why would you need a knife on an airplane?

The weirdest thing that Kelly ever brought on a plane was a didgeridoo from Australia. Michael called it a “dippery-doo.”

Do you think it’s possible to change your significant other’s financial habits? Michael read from a study that stated 29% of people believe that they have. Michael thinks he has, while Kelly knows that being married to Mark has made her more conservative. The way Michael sees it, two people in a committed relationship have to get on the same page when it comes to money. After all, it’s the topic that couples fight the most about.

March Into Spring Travel Trivia: James Franco

Amy lost out on a trip to the Tanque Verde Guest Ranch in Tucson, Arizona as well as a “Wild Prize” of a $1,000 T.J. Maxx gift card. The March Into Spring Travel Trivia Question was: What race was James Franco the Grand Marshall for? The answer was the Daytona 500. On the bright side, both Amy and an audience member took home a $500 gift card to Omaha Steaks.
