Kelly, Mark Consueles, and Michael Strahan never had braces. Kelly said in her day they just pulled your teeth out and Mark was born with perfect teeth. Their kids both have large and too many teeth. They all had palate expanders, which you have to turn with a key. Then they got beginning braces. Then their baby teeth fell out and the new teeth came in and they got braces.

Joaquin has rubber bands to pull them down. Kelly wanted to let Gelman know that Joaquin didn’t have false eyelashes in his picture. He liked the braces until this morning. He was very sore and has to eat soft food. Today’s pizza day at school. That’s a bummer.
