Jimmy Fallon: Mike Tyson “Undisputed Truth” Review
Mike Tyson is on a tour around America performing his one-man show, “Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth.” During the show Tyson talks about everything that his happened in his life from his first wife possibly faking a miscarriage to manipulate him to running into Brad Pitt at his girlfriend’s house one time.
Four years into being sober, it seems Mike Tyson is ready to set the record straight about his life and he doesn’t want anyone else besides him telling the story this time. But some critics are panning his use of “undisputed truth” and question how much of the story is actually Mike Tyson and how much was given to him by Spike Lee, who Tyson collaborated on the project with. There is at least one part of the act that many people may not believe, especially the court that convicted him of rape. Throughout the act Tyson denies ever raping anyone, saying it was consensual.
Do you think Tyson has changed? He seems to be doing this tour to promote the fact that is a changed man. I mean he has been in The Hangover, he is a vegan and he continues to raise pigeons to this day. Does that signify change or does it signify someone who knows how to manipulate the public’s view?
Jimmy Fallon: Mike Tyson Law and Order: SVU
When Mike Tyson appeared on Law and Oder: SVU in February people were petitioning for the episode to be canceled or at least for Tyson, playing an abuse victim, to be edited out of the episode. When it was clear neither of those were going to happen, audiences did what they had to do: they changed the channel.
The long-running drama only drew about 5.2 million people to the episode, a record-setting low for the show.
