Katie Couric: Steve Schirripa Unconventional Parenting Style
Steve Schirripa, from The Sopranos, has written a new book, A Goomba’s Guide to Life, and one of the topics he covers in the book are parents that need to be slapped. He said we all know those parents. They are the ones who let their children dive off booths at a restaurant while running around a fancy restaurant where people have paid $250 for a meal and the parents do nothing.
Schirripa also hates the kind of parents who don’t put their dog on a leash but they will gladly put their kids on a leash.
“Lindsay Lohan’s parents need to be slapped,” he said, before going on a rant about how he is not a fan of reality shows because they are dumbing down America.
Vanessa Williams: 30 Years After Miss America
Nearly 30 years ago, Vanessa Williams was the first African American to be crowned Miss America and from that moment, her life took a drastic turn.
“Within six months I went from being a junior in college to making history,” she tells Katie Couric.
The two discuss her drastic rise to fame and how she was able to deal with it at such a young age. They are also taking some time to discuss how well Williams plays the bad girl.
“You are so good at playing so bad,” said Katie.
