Good Morning America: Amanda Bynes in Trouble with the Law
Some people are starting to call Amanda Bynes the new Lindsey Lohan. Bynes, who started out as a cute, bubbly child on Nickelodeon shows like All That and Figure It Out, has grown into quite the troublemaker.
Bynes, who was also named one of the highest paid celebrities under the age of 21 by Forbes magazine at one time in her life, has been caught committing a hit and run twice, been arrested for refusing to take a breathalyzer and been caught smoking an unidentified substance out of a pipe.
Lindsey Lohan tweeted “why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?” Seems to be a little upset Bynes took her spotlight.
Bynes’ only attempt to get help seemed to come from Twitter when she tweeted to President Obama “Hey @BarackObama…I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.”
On a good note though, Bynes did delete all her tweets, symbolizing a new beginning I guess. What do you think about the whole situation? Let us know in the comment section below.
