Kellie Pickler & Derek Hough: The Jive Dance Review

Kellie Pickler just makes me smile when she dances. She and Derek Hough have this amazing connection, not romantic but like best friends. They were made to dance together. For the final time, Kellie and Derek danced the Jive to “Footloose.”

Never missing a beat, Derek gave Kellie prompts to remember the dance. When she dropped her mic pack during a spin, he made picking it up into a dance move. The cherry on top of the perfect dance was the dip at the end.

Dancing With the Stars: Kellie Pickler's Jive & Jacoby Jones' Rhumba

Dancing With the Stars’ Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough rocked the Jive. Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff gave a sensual rhumba that was imperfectly perfect.

Hip hop is Zendaya Coleman’s homebase, so it makes sense that this is her and Val’s last dance. Their hip hop was simple dance, not nearly as spectacular as some. It was sharp and well danced, with a lot of attitude. Val and Zendaya have a strong connection.

Jacoby Jones & Karina Smirnoff: The Rhumba Dance Review

Jacoby and Karina have a bond, but they aren’t as in sync as the other dancers. Being a football player, Jacoby had to work hard at being light on his feet. His rhumba was smooth and sensual, but Karina had some wardrobe malfunctions. She had to yell over the music to Jacoby to skip certain moves because her pants were not stretchy.

All in all, a very well done dance. The mess ups and missteps made the dance spontaneous and fun to watch.

Jacoby Jones’s mother is his biggest fan. She sent a special message to him in honor of his accomplishments on Dancing With the Stars.

“You’ll always by my winner no matter what,” Jacoby Jones’ mother said.

Alexandra Raisman & Mark Ballas: Samba Dance Review

Aly Raisman may not be able to keep time, but Mark Ballas was able to get her spinning and sambaing to some kind of beat. They danced to Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie,” which got Aly dancing like crazy. You can tell that she feels good to be on the dance floor.

Aly’s parents also sent in a special message. They told her how proud their were of how far she went in the competition. Of course, she’s always a winner in their eyes, as well as in the eyes of U.S. gymnastics fans everywhere.
