Ellen: Ryan Wang Piano Prodigy & Always a Bridesmaid Listerine Ad
Ryan Wang is a piano prodigy at only five-years-old. He performed at Carnegie Hall and then his favorite piece Variations on the Russian Theme. Ellen decoded some common phrases. We learned that “Always a bridesmaid, never a bride,” comes from a 1920s Listerine advertisement. Ellen said “buttering someone up” comes from the ritual she does when Paula Dean comes by.

Cat Deeley married her husband Patrick Kielty in a gorgeous villa in Italy. She told Ellen she was never one of those people that fantasized her wedding, meaning she didn’t become a Bridezilla.
