On May 21 2013, Ellen got to hang out with her girls Sophia Grace and Rosie one last time before their head back to Essex, England for the summer. She gave a family in need money for checking in on Viggle and a home decor makeover from JC Penney. Hayden Panettierre shared her lemur story and Ed Sheeran performed “Lego House.”
Ellen: Teen Invents 20-Second Cell Phone Charger & JC Penney Makeover
Ellen was blown away by a teen who invented a 20-second cell phone charger. It’s amazing what you can do when you decide to solve a problem. Also, a small town family in need won Ellen’s Viggle contest and $20,000. Ellen flew them out to the show and sent them on a JC Penney shopping spree.
Ellen: Hayden Panettierre Blinged Out Eye Patch & Jungle Island Lemurs
Hayden Panettierre talked about her love of animals and how she told Bill O’Reilly off at the White House Correspondence Dinner. From scratching her cornea to an allergic reaction to chamomile tea, Hayden really had a bad day. She and Ellen tried to guess if “Did I Shave My Legs For This?” was a country song. (It is!)
Ellen: Sophia Grace & Rosie Get Celebrity Gum & Ed Sheeran “Lego House” Review
Sophia Grace and Rosie stopped by for their last appearance before summer hits. The girls went to the Billboard Music Awards for Ellen. They danced “Gangnam Style” and handed out Ellen swag. Also, Ed Sheeran performed his song “Lego House” and proved that he has won the heart of Ellen’s female audience.
