Justin Timberlake is a very multifaceted entertainer. He got his first real shot at fame and success as a singer in the 90’s boy band N’SYNC. After leaving the band, he launched a tremendously successful solo career. His debut album, Justified, sold seven million copies worldwide and spawned several hit singles.

Justin has also impressively ventured into the world of acting. He’s starred in movies such as The Social Network, Friends with Benefits, and Black Snake Moan. His newest movie is In Time, a science fiction film about a dystopian society that allows its richest members to live forever by stealing the lives of the poor.

Apparently, Justin is also releasing a book? In the promotion for the show, he’s holding a huge hard covered book. The cover photo appears to be of Charlize Theron.

“Everybody beautiful and famous is in this book,” Justin tells Ellen.

“Am I in it?” she asks.

Looking sheepishly guilty, Justin says, “You were busy…”

Ellen: Live Performance By Infamously Camera-Shy Coldplay!

Despite that they usually don’t like being on camera, the pop rock superstars Coldplay will be performing on Ellen! They will be performing their hit song “Every Tear Drop Is A Waterfall.” Plus, Ellen will be interviewing the band! She’ll be asking lead singer, Chris Martin, about his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow.

Coldplay’s most recent album, Mylo Xyloto has been very successful. It was the best selling rock album in the United Kingdom, selling 908,000 copies. It was also nominated for three Grammy Awards.

Personally, I think it’s ridiculous that Coldplay is considered a rock band. Regardless of whether or not you like them, you simply cannot call their music rock. They are a pop band. They should be defined accordingly.

Nevertheless, hopefully the performance will be really good.
