Ellen has welcomed Jason Mraz as a guest in the past, and she plans to invite him back soon when he releases his upcoming album. That’s just a few weeks away, since the album will be released in April 2012.

Jason Mraz: Love Is A Four Letter Word

His new CD, Love Is A Four Letter Word, will be released April 17, 2012. This will be his fourth studio album, following his 2002 debut, Waiting For My Rocket To Come, his 2005 breakthrough album Mr. A-Z, and the 2008 release We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things, which garnered him five Grammy Nominations and two wins in 2010.

Jason Mraz: “I’m Yours” & Grammy Wins

He won Grammys for the songs “Make It Mine” and “Lucky.” He also achieved notable success with the single “I’m Yours,” which you heard on the radio in 2008 and 2009 unless you were living under a rock. You might even still have it on your MP3 player. It was one of those infectious, catchy pop songs that seemed to resonate with almost everyone.

It set a record for most weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, lasting 76 weeks and beating out previous record holder LeAnn Rimes, whose 1998 song “How Do I Live” previously held the title.
