Ellen: Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii Review
Jeannie is Ellen’s production assistant and a receptionist. Ellen sends Jeannie all over the country to give gifts and play games with viewers. Ellen wanted to do something special for her, so she sent her to Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii, which is a tropical paradise located on a secluded cove on a white sandy beach in Oahu.
While she was there, Ellen sent Jeannie’s parents. Jeannie had no idea her parents would be there. Jeannie looked like she was having a lot of fun, swimming and getting massages. While Jeannie was explaining about how much she loves the Aulani Resort, her parents came up behind her and she immediately started crying.
“I am a really ugly cryer,” she said and covered her face.
Then, her parents got in on the fun, drinking drinks out of pineapples and enjoying the beautiful beach.
This year, Aulani was named the number one family hotel in the country. Ellen revealed her audience was getting a five-day, four-night stay at the Aulani Resort. Ellen’s audience cheered so loud it was hard to hear Ellen explain the prize.
Ellen TV: Marriage Proposal
Ellen talked to a woman in her audience who won her ticket to the 12 Days of Giveaways in a game Ellen played at a mall in San Diego. The game was basketball and whoever made a basket got a ticket. Andrea was the first person to make a basket. Andrea said she was terrified to play and make a basket, but she was able to make one.
Then Ellen talked to Andrea’s boyfriend Joshua. Ellen asked him how long he and Andrea have been together. He explained they’d been together four years. Then he took out a ring box and got down on one knee. Ellen sat down on the stairs and got out of the way.
“This has been one of the coolest days of our lives and I just want to fill the rest of our days with cool days like this. I love yo so much. Will you marry me?” Joshua said.
Andrea said yes and the audience erupted in applause.
