He went to jail for 25 months and is still on probation. He broke his parole by coaching his son’s basketball team. He’s now on the run and blames his parole officer for his misfortune.

Frank explained the relationship that landed him in jail. He said he was framed by the girls he coached and exploited for a CosmoGirl article. He took a plea and maintained his innocence. He is now a registered offender and isn’t allowed to be around anyone under 18 unmonitored. When he coached his son’s basketball team he broke his parole agreement. He said his parole officer said it was okay to coach.

Sunny Hostin and Dr Phil told Frank that he should turn himself in. What he’s doing is only hurting him more and making him look more guilty. He is guilty of violating parole, but he could go to jail for up to five years for avoiding the police. Frank’s polygraph showed that he did not have a relationship with the teenage girl.
