Kelly met his wife Peggy in 2001. Their marriage wasn’t perfect, but he said he would never kill her. On August 2 2011, he came home to find Peggy dead in the bathtub. Although he has passed a polygraph test and been cleared three time, Peggy’s best friends Nancy and Christine believe that Kelly in 100 percent guilty of Peggy’s death.

While Dr. Phil is trying to give this case an unbiased look, Kelly lied about having a girlfriend while he was still married to Peggy. Nancy and Christine have brought several questions to Dr. Phil’s attention. Why didn’t Peggy’s bathtub overflow? Why wasn’t the scene of her death more disturbed?

Kelly believe that Nancy and Christine hired two teenagers to throw acid on his face. Nancy and Christine said that Kelly was selling Peggy’s belongings the day after her death.
Dr Phil: Homicide Drowning Investigation & Domestic Violence Red Flags
Nancy and Christine hired a homicide drowning investigator to look into Peggy’s death. The investigator found that there were many red flags at the crime scene. She believe that Peggy was murdered and the house was staged by Kelly to confuse police.
Dr Phil Polygraph Results: Did Kelly Dumond Kill His Wife?
Kelly passed his first polygraph test, but Dr. Phil asked Jack Trimarco to administer another. Kelly failed the test with a negative 15 on the polygraph scale.
