Dr. Alejandro Junger, author of Clean, said the proof the detox program works is in the results, so Dr. Oz invited some women on the stage to share their results with viewers.
Joan told viewers she went from a size 22 to a size 12 using the Clean Detox Plan. She admitted the first three days were the toughest for her because at the age of 52, it was difficult for her to change her relationship with food. After being on the detox, Joan said she feels great and is excited to keep going with the detox plan.
Joan finished by saying the Clean Detox Program is a way of life for her now. She is no longer an emotional eater and she is ecstatic with the results she got from the detox plan.
Dr Oz: Lose 40 Pounds On the Clean Detox Plan
The biggest weight loser on the Clean Detox Plan is Anita who said she lost over 40 pounds while just using the detox plan Dr. Junger outlined. She believes the Clean Detox Program worked so well for her because the detox part of the plan only lasts three weeks, meaning she didn’t feel like she was starving herself. Although she admitted it was hard to stick to the plan at first because she was craving the foods she was not supposed to eat, her cravings went away after a short amount of time.
