Dr Oz: How Exercising Melts Fat Away
Dr. Eva Selhub, a weight loss expert, explained fat melting is very similar to when you put something fatty in a frying pan. As the pan heats up, the fatty food, such as butter, melts just as it would in our bodies. This is why exercising helps to literally melt fat away. While Dr. Selhub said she does not advocate being sedentary, there are some new ways to lose weight naturally without having to exercise.
Dr Oz: Melt Away Fat With CLA Supplement
Dr. Selhub explained CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a form of good trans fat with a lower melting point, meaning it burns faster. She told the audience CLA is found in beef and dairy products and since our bodies are not capable of producing it naturally, we need to get it from other sources. According to Dr. Selhub, when you consume CLA it literally melts the fat away and results can be seen in as little as four weeks.
