I was so excited about making the morning muffin. I had all of the ingredients at home already, only thing I had to go out and buy was coconut oil. Sorry but this muffin tastes like cardboard. I simply cannot understand why everyone is saying they love it. I’m eating it because I know how healthy it is but I have to believe people are exaggerating when they say it’s “delicious”. Am I the only one who thinks this?
