Dr Oz: Microwave Muffin Recipe
This recipe uses Stevia sweetener instead of sugar to help you get a tasty, sweet breakfast treat to kick off your morning right.
- ¼ c. Flax, ground
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 packet Stevia Sweetener
- Mix the ingredients in a medium or large coffee mug.
- Microwave for 50 seconds until done.
- Let cool before enjoying your fast, healthy breakfast muffin.
Dr Oz: Lemon Limeade Recipe
Jorge also taught Dr. Oz how to make fresh Lemon Limeade using his preferred sweetener, Stevia, which can help prevent blood sugar irregularities and issues. That’s the last thing you want to be dealing with in your day.
Citrus fruits contain Vitamin C, which is great for improving alertness and fighting fatigue, among many other proven benefits.
- 3 Fresh Limes
- 4 Fresh Lemons
- 1 Tbsp. Stevia
- Fresh Mint
- Squeeze the fresh juices from each fruit into a glass.
- Add Stevia and mint to the fresh squeezed juices.
- Stir and serve over ice.
