Dr Oz: Total 10 Sugar Fix

Millions of people are following the Total 10 Rapid Weight-Loss Plan and at this point, many people are desperate for a sugar fix. He wanted share easy ways to get your fix, while still losing weight. He welcomed three women who started the plan, but say they are sugar addicts.

Dr Oz explained that at this point in the plan, sugar cravings are a natural side effect. There are foods on the plan that can satisfy that sugar cravings and give you the fix you need, but you can only use it once a week.

Dr Oz: Total 10 Banana-Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe Ingredients

Dr Oz started with Sara, who has lost 11 pounds. She said her favorite go-to treat is ice cream. She replaced her ice cream with banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, and liquid stevia. She said it was easy to make as a mom of three young children.

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 liquid Stevia

Dr Oz: Total 10 Chocolate Fudge Recipe Ingredients

Dr Oz then moved on to Amanda, who has lost 11 pounds as well. Her usual fix is fudge and she found a way to make fudge using food on the plan. One surprising ingredient is beans, and Dr Oz said it tastes like an ice cream brownie, because you eat it frozen or else it will melt.

  • 1/2 C almond butter
  • 3/4 C garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 C cocoa powder
  • 1/2 C pumpkin
  • 12 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 C almond milk
  • 3/4 C raspberries

  1. Mix ingredients together and then freeze.
  2. Enjoy frozen!

Dr Oz: Total 10 Cinnamon Pumpkin Mousse Recipe Ingredients

Finally, Dr Oz moved on to Claudia, who is down 10 pounds. She made a pumpkin sorbet, but said when the weather turns cold, she likes it heated. So rather than a sorbet, it’s more of a mousse. If you freeze it you can eat it as a sorbet. She even switched the coconut milk for almond milk and the cinnamon for nutmeg, added a little egg white, and baked it in the oven to make like a pumpkin pie.

  • 3/4 C pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 C unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
