Dr Oz: Shaun T’s 5-Minute Fat-Blasting Workout
We all want to burn fat and lose inches from our bodies, and you can get results if you find a program you can stick with. Dr Oz said that not everyone has time to go to the gym, but he brought Shaun T back to the stage with a new 5-Minute Fat-Blasting Workout. For dessert, how about Dr Oz’s Quinoa Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe?
Dr Oz: Focus T25 Review
The Dr Oz audience loves Shaun T, who is behind a variety of popular workouts. The latest is called Focus T25. Shaun T said that a big mistake many people make is not creating time for themselves so they can stay in shape and feel great.
“It’s time to be selfish," Shaun T said. Just 25 minutes per day can change your body and your life, he promised. To give us all a taste, he showed off a five-minute workout based on focused interval training, switching between muscle groups so you don’t get worn out.
Dr Oz: 25-Minute Workout
Dr Oz recruited five audience members to follow along and learn the moves. First up was low impact movement, stepping in place and bringing the knees up high. Then they geared up into a slow jog in place. Before long, the jumps were getting higher and the steps were coming on faster.
Then it was time to work out a new muscle group by doing squats, tightening the abs and glutes. Repetition of the moves in this five-minute cycle for five rotations creates a 25-minute workout you can do five days a week.
Dr Oz & Shaun T Workout
Also involved were hops, plank exercises, and side-to-side arm movements. I think my heart rate was getting up just watching Shaun T push Dr Oz through the moves. You can also learn moves for the quads and lower back fat. When is the last time you did some running in place? Lunges and squats look a lot more seamless when Shaun T does them than when I’m doing them in my living room.
