  • 1 Portobello Mushroom, large
  • 1 tablespoon Pasta Sauce (low sugar)
  • ½ cup shredded Cheese (low fat)
  • Vegetable toppings of choice


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Clean the mushroom and remove the stem.
  3. Bake mushroom for five minutes or until dry.
  4. Remove and top with pasta sauce, cheese, and veggies.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.

  • 1 teaspoon Imitation Vanilla Extract


  1. Melt oil over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add Carob Powder.
  3. Add Sugar Substitute and Vanilla.
  4. Drop dough on a prepared baking sheet in quarter size portions.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
