  • 2 tablespoons Pea Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Seasonal Berries
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 Ice Cubes


  1. In a blender, mix the desired ingredients until well combined.

One woman in the experiment said she has gained weight in the past from eating whey protein, but didn’t seem to have that problem during this experiment. Why does whey protein vs pea protein work differently?

Dr Oz said a lot of people are allergic to whey, and the body’s reaction could be one explanation for the weight gain. I guess pea protein is better tolerated in general.

    Is is actually called 100% Pea Protein. I looked for it at our health food store and she said it is one of the ingredients in her items that she sells. She has never heard of 100% Pure Pea Protein. I live in Canada and don’t know where to buy it.

    You may likewise take a whey protein shake in the evening.
    Add whitened or even brown sugars in order to taste.

    The ice replacement’s taste is cloaked by its’ frozen state.
