Dr Oz was on a quest to help you get your energy back with Human Growth Hormone, Amino Acids, Papaya Juice, and Vitamin B6. Another way we can all get more energy is by paying more attention to the foods we eat. He asked three viewers to take the Pea Protein Powder Challenge and talk about their experiences on the show.

The three women taking the challenge were addicted to carbs and sweets. Dr Oz asked them to try Pea Protein Powder, and everyone was surprised at their results. Caving in when we have unhealthy choices can be a destructive cycle, but Dr Oz said this protein powder can actually stop those cravings from happening.

    Is is actually called 100% Pea Protein. I looked for it at our health food store and she said it is one of the ingredients in her items that she sells. She has never heard of 100% Pure Pea Protein. I live in Canada and don’t know where to buy it.

    You may likewise take a whey protein shake in the evening.
    Add whitened or even brown sugars in order to taste.
