Dr Oz: Oatstraw Extract Review
Dr Oz talked with an audience member who said that she is always drained from the moment she wakes up in the morning, no matter how much sleep she has gotten. She tends to rely on energy drinks for a morning boost, but she admitted she knows that is not a great idea.
Dr Oz said that the sugar and caffeine in energy drinks are what get you going, but they tend to produce a crash of their own later on. He recommended Oatstraw Extract if you identify with this situation.
