Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 2 tbsp Walnut Butter

Directions

  1. Spread coconut oil on the outside of both bread slices.
  2. Spread walnut butter on the inside with apples.
  3. Cook in a skillet to brown it (as you would with grilled cheese).

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on graham crackers.
  2. Add coconut ice cream on top of one graham cracker sheet.
  3. Place the other cracker sheet on top.
  4. Freeze 20-30 minutes and enjoy.

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
  • dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey

Directions

  1. Spread hazelnut butter in the tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
  3. Roll the tortilla and cut into 1” slices for a perfect lunch side or afternoon snack.
