Martha Stewart shared some of her best beauty secrets, along with a face mask, and she also shared her kale dip recipe and a quesadilla recipe.

Martha Stewart Homemade Face Mask Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup mashed berries
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Martha Stewart Homemade Face Mask Directions:

  • Spread on your face and leave for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove with a warm damp cloth.

Martha Stewart recommended using the face mask a few times a week to exfoliate the skin.

Martha Stewart Kale Dip Recipe

All the recipes below are from Martha Stewart’s newest book, Living the Good Long Life. She said they include foods to increase your longevity.

Martha Stewart Kale Dip Ingredients:

  • 3 cups kale, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Sugar Snap Peas or Snow Peas for dipping

Martha Stewart Kale Dip Directions:

  • Add olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium.
  • Add the garlic and kale and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then puree the mixture with the cottage cheese in a food processor.
  • Add the red pepper flakes and lemon juice and refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days.

Martha Stewart Mushroom and Fontina Quesadilla Recipe

Martha Stewart Mushroom and Fontina Quesadilla Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fontina cheese, grated
  • ½ pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas

Martha Stewart Mushroom and Fontina Quesadilla Directions:

  • Add olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat. Saute the mushrooms until browned.
  • Place the mushrooms and cheese on half of a flour tortilla, then fold in half. Cook quesadilla in pan over medium heat until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Cut, serve and eat.
