Dr Oz: Make Ahead Smoothie Packs
Daphne Oz, Dr Oz’s daughter, knows all-too-well how hard it can be to get your kids to eat a healthy breakfast on a busy morning. Her Warrior Waffles are a great make-ahead option. But what if you need to take your breakfast on the go? If you don’t mind drinking your breakfast, Daphne has an incredibly delicious smoothie recipe.
She likes her make-ahead smoothie packs. She just combines the following ingredients in a freezer-safe bag and then on a busy morning all she has to do is pop one out of the freezer and blend it up!
- 1/2 C spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 C raspberries
