The singer and actress shared her diet swaps for Jennifer Hudson’s Pasta Free Lasagna Recipe, which is full of Zucchini and Eggplant, which she layers in instead of using carb-heavy pasta noodles.
She said that her version of lasagna tastes just as good, and it has only half the fat and calories of classic lasagna, which makes her feel good because she knows it’s better for her.
