Dr Oz: Is It Okay To Eat Chicken Skin?
There’s no denying the skin is the crispiest, most delicious part of the chicken. But it’s also been called the most unhealthy part of the bird as well. But is it really as bad as they say?
Dr Oz welcomed three women who have given up chicken skin for good reason, but yet they still wish they could go back to enjoying the tasty food. They each prepared two versions of a dish, one with the chicken skin on and one without. Jenelle made her Hubby’s Jerk Chicken both ways. Dr Oz admitted it was delicious both ways, especially with the pineapple mango salsa on top, but he preferred the version with the skin-on.
