What kind of Chia Seed is best; Black, White or certified organic chia seed? Also if your’re not looking to lose weight is this product still good to take?

    • says

I don’t recall whether Dr Oz suggested a particular type of Chia Seed. You could always ask someone at your local health food store about these questions. They have probably seen or heard it all.

Your doctor may know the best plan for your personal health, also.

  2. Kim says

I could not find Dolvett Quince’s Chicken Quinoa recipe anywhere on Dr. Oz’s website.
I Googled and found it here…but it is very poorly written.
Do you cook the quinoa? Do you cook the quinoa in the chicken broth? What do you do with the celery?
I did not write anything down as Dr. Oz said it would be on the website but this is not very helpful.
