If you’d like to give your fat a heave ho at dinner tonight, here is a healthy chicken recipe Dolvett Quince shared. Quinoa is a natural appetite suppressant. Tomatoes are an anti-inflammatory, and Chicken is a healthy lean protein.
When combined together, these ingredients are a fat fighting super team.
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tomatoes
- ⅓ cup fresh Basil
- ⅓ cup fresh Mint
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Celery
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Grill the Chicken Breast in a medium pan using Olive Oil. Cook until done.
- Cut cooked chicken and combine with other ingredients for a healthy Chicken Dinner.
