  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 8 ounces Squid Rings
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Use your Stainless Steel Saute Pan to heat Olive Oil.
  2. Add Garlic. After 30 seconds, add Squid. Cook about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and plate on Arugula.
  4. Garnish with Lemon Zest, Salt & Pepper.
