- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 8 ounces Squid Rings
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- Salt & Pepper
- Use your Stainless Steel Saute Pan to heat Olive Oil.
- Add Garlic. After 30 seconds, add Squid. Cook about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and plate on Arugula.
- Garnish with Lemon Zest, Salt & Pepper.
