Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained
  • Equal parts:
    • Cumin
    • Garlic Powder
    • Oregano
    • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine Chickpeas and seasoning.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes until extra crispy.

Jasmine said she used to crave fattening foods, until trying Dr Joel Fuhrman’s diet. Now she’s lost 91 pounds, and she shared her best recipe with Dr Oz.

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots
  • ¾ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 box Quinoa
  • 15 cups Kale, chopped
  • ½ cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Nutritional Yeast

Directions

  1. In a pan, saute Garlic and Shallots.
  2. Slowly add Kale and Quinoa to the pan.
  3. Separately, add hot water to Tomatoes.
  4. Before serving, combine seasonings and add to Tomatoes.

Ingredients – Brownies

  1. 2 cups Black Beans
  2. 10 Medjool Dates
  3. 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
  4. 1 capful Vanilla Extract
  5. ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  6. 1 tablespoon Chia Seed
  7. Fresh Berries

Ingredients – Banana

  1. 2 Bananas, frozen
  2. Fresh Berries
  3. Walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200.
  2. Mix first four Brownie ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Add to a prepared baking pan.
  5. Stick the mixture in the oven for 90 minutes.
  6. Let cool; then cut into squares.
  7. Top with fresh berries.
  8. Mix Banana ingredients in a blender.
  9. Serve Banana mixture with Brownies. Yum!
