  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. In a pan, warm oil and cook Onions for 5 minutes. Add Garlic and stir.
  2. Add Cauliflower and cook 5 more minutes, stirring until soft.
  3. Add Mushrooms, Salt & Pepper, and cook another few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in Yogurt and Parmesan Cheese.
  5. Finish with Parsley and serve.

Dr Oz: Carb Cutting Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • ¼ cup Spinach
  • 2 teaspoons Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachios, chopped or ground
  • 1 teaspoon Wheat Germ

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Halve Chicken Breast, then slice along its length to create a pocket in each half.
  3. Stuck pockets with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta.
  4. In a bowl, mix Pistachios and Wheat Germ.
  5. Coat Breasts in the mixture.
  6. Place coated Chicken on a prepared baking sheet, cooking for about 20 minutes, turning once.
  7. Chicken is done when juices run clear. Always check poultry with a meat thermometer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Beef
  • 5 cubes Mozzarella

Directions

  1. Choose a lean strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Freeze Mozzarella Balls before cooking; they will melt quickly on a grill.
  3. On a skewer, alternate cubes of beef and cheese.
  4. Grill about four minutes, turning often.
  5. Alternatively, grill separate skewers of beef and cheese; combine to serve.
