Dr. Oz had a two part episode February 20 2013. First he talked with Dr. Lauren Streicher as they debunked some serious health myths related to gynecology. They went over the best age to stop taking birth control pills, what women are the best candidates for an IUD and went over some symptoms that could be signs of uncommon disorders that often go unnoticed by gynecologists.
In the second half of the episode, Dr. Oz talked with Shaun T, the creator of the Insanity Workout. He explained to Dr. Oz how his 5-week diet and workout plan can help anyone change their life and lose the weight they don’t want.
