Does cryotherapy really work? You would hope so if you’re subjecting your body to air that is 300 degrees colder than an ice bath! Dr Oz wanted to find out for himself so he got into a Cryo Tank right there on stage. Then, he went to a spa to try out flotation therapy to see if it could really help him relax.
