Dr Oz spent a lot of time speaking about options in alternative medicine, including a discussion about holistic ear candling, natural Feverfew pain remedies, and even Why You Shouldn’t Trust Your Doctor. To conclude this show, Dr Oz shared advice from medical on ideas about emerging new treatment trends, such as Moxa Spray, Ubiquinol, and Bonito Peptides.
Dr Oz: Moxibustion Treatment
Moxibustion therapy is an ancient Chinese treatment reliant on the Moxa, or Mugwort Herb. This can be used in conjunction with Acupuncture or burned on the skin. It’s a treatment used for pain and aches that is reportedly affordable and effective, helping pain to heal quickly. For the first time, a formulation of this product is available for home use.
Dr Oz: Moxa Spray Review
Dr Oz connected with Patricia, a home viewer, who shared her experiences with the product. She said that it sounded perfect, given her general aches and pains. The Moxa Spray is sold online and in stores. To use it, you would simply spray a mist directly on the affected area and rub it in. Then you can wrap it with plastic wrap or cellophane and top that with a heating pad for about 30 minutes. This is also allegedly useful for cramps.
Ubiquinol Heart Supplement Review
Ubiquinol is a new product to keep your heart healthy and strong. It’s available online or at your local health food store. The recommended dosage of Ubiquinol is 100 mg, once or twice per day.
Dr Oz: Bonito Peptides
If you are looking for a safe way to lower your blood pressure, Bonito Peptides may provide a new option. They can help to keep Blood Pressure low in patients with mild hypertension. The suggested dosing of this product is 500 mg three times per day. (Blood Pressure medication was on Dr Mercola’s list of Medicines Not To Take. I wonder what he would have to say about this product.)
Dr Oz: Devil’s Claw for Arthritis
Do you suffer from Arthritis? Dr Oz mentioned a solution that could give you relief: Devil’s Claw. Just try taking 500 mg daily and see if you notice results. Dr Oz has talked about Devil’s Claw in the past; he also recently suggested an Arthritis Bath remedy if you are looking for more solutions.
