Dr Oz: Black Currant, GTF Chromium & Hesperidin Anti-Aging Supplements

Dr Oz: Wrinkle & Varicose Vein Remedies

After answering embarrassing questions about Hairy Nipples and sharing a Strawberry Baking Soda Toothpaste Remedy, Dr Oz went through his Ultimate Underwear Test for your health. But you still wanted more, so he shared some great supplements and remedies to address common health concerns. Check out what he had to say about GTF Chromium, Hesperidin, and Black Currant.

Glucose Tolerance Factor: GTF Chromium Wrinkles

Dr Oz: Black Currant & GTF Chromium Supplements

Dr Oz highlighted natural anti-aging remedies and supplements, including Black Currant & GTF Chromium.

Dr Oz and his guest Pina Loguidice went through some promising supplements to address the most asked about beauty complaints from viewers like you. For wrinkles, you can try using the GTF Chromium Supplement.

“If you really want to stop the aging process, you want to look at blood sugar regulation,” Pina Logiudice said. “Because one of the most damaging things to our vessels and to our skin is when the blood sugar goes out of control.”

Since this product affects your blood sugar, you’ll want to check with a doctor before taking it if you have Diabetes or Hypoglycemia. The GTF Chromium dosage mentioned on the show is 500 mcg twice a day, and you can find this at your favorite health food store.

Dr Oz: Hesperidin Review for Varicose Veins

Are you concerned about Varicose Veins? Dr Oz’s next remedy was Hesperidin, a bioflavonoid found in the peels of oranges and other citrus fruits. This can actually help prevent Varicose Veins from developing. The Hesperidin dosage is 50 mg and is paired with 450 mg Diosmin.

Dr Oz added that Hesperidin is named for the Hesperides nymphs found in Greek myths.

Dr Oz: Black Currant Supplement for Thinning Hair

Is your hair thinning and you don’t know what to do about it? Dr Oz suggested Black Currant supplements, which contain the fat GLA. This blocks the breakdown of hormones that leads to thinning hair. Black Currant is an edible berry popular in Europe and Asia.

The Black Currant dosage is 500 mg twice a day, but don’t expect miracles. This product doesn’t normally show results until after six to eight weeks of usage.
